Ravi Rama Chandra Murthy garu and Venkatalakshmi garu raised 1 daughter and 7 sons in village Nedunuru. He went through the Sea of Difficulties,but because of his inherent,innovative and independent thinking out side the box he used his intelect to survive and succeeded in life. With his meagare salary he make sure that the family needs and taking care of. He always talk by limiting the WANTS you will not be POOR. His priority is always to give best education to his children and teach them good principles in life. He always believed in the potential of his children based on these principles.He taught his children to think independently, not to be carried away by what the socity thinks.He taught his children god and relegion are personal they are not for public display.He could pray to god anywhere you are. You have to concentrate and be sincere rather than focusing on the external influences taught by religious pundits.He use to make his children speak English as soon as they learnt to speak. He use to teach his children how to read the world map,the principles ofcourse. He taught his children how to save for a rainy day. He always said not to indurge in bad habits and hipe them from parents. He always stressed you have to study well and have fun same time after the sudies are done. If any of a children were involved in bad habits and negleted the studies, he never spared any ANY METHOD to curb the bad habit put them back on the track to compleet the study process. Because of his teachings all his children helped each other to atain the top qualifications in Medicine, Science and Engineering. Non of his children were never selfish. His wife Venkatalakshmi garu always chanted Ramayanam and Bharatam while dooing her work to the point of annoyance to her spouce. She is the bravest in the family. She travelled alone from India to USA and to be with their children there. when she was in USA she was curiuos and easy going and use to sit beside the swimming pool and carry so call conversation with other nationals by the pool. She even tasted alchohol for the first time in her life,as her three children begged her to taste it as the snow was falling out side.She said she felt heat in her throught and said that it was appropriate for the cold weather. Her 3 children cracked up ofcource. While the mothe gave love to the children their father gave them Education, Discipline and Commonsence. He always believe potential of his children and encuorased them even though critisise his own mistakes. He talk them right and wrong not pretense. He always have fun with his children, grand children and his wife and celebrated all the hindu festivals together. He was always Honest, Brave, Upfront and Never backed down eventhough it is against the norms of the society...

Ravi Venkatalakshmi, Dr Bala Ravi, a resident of USA, wishes to serve his native village of Nedunuru and Surrounding Villages by providing Free Medical Care, Educational Services, promote, protect and empower women ,and devolope Employment programs, basing on the principle of Teach people, How to Fish than Giving them the Fish .....for Sustainability and self Reliance.His wife Dr. Himagiri Ravi,his daughter Dr.Deepa Ravi, his sonDr. Dileep Ravi,his son inlaw Dr. Ted Saha, and his Daughterinlaw Dr. Renu Ravi, who are all practicing Medicine in Florida are the driving force behind this Endavor.Dr. Ravi is a Triple Board Certified Cosmetic Surgeon in practice for more than twenty five years. He is Board Certified in cosmetic surgery (American Board of Cosmetic Surgery and International Board of Cosmetic Surgery). Dr. Ravi is a Fellow of Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and a Fellow of Royal College of Surgeon Ireland. Dr. Ravi is also Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology (American Board of OBGYN). Dr. Deepa Ravi is Board certified in Pediatrics from Down State University, and Dr Ted Saha Is Board certified in Anesthesia from Harvard University. They have two sons Nithin Saha and Ari chandra Saha. Dr. Dileep Ravi is Board certified Emergency Medicine and his wife Dr. Renu Ravi is Board Certified in Pediatrics from Florida University.The have two sons Ronak Bala Ravi, Nikhil Krishna Ravi,and a Daughter Nandini Ravi.
